The Grenada CBI application process requires applicants to fill out a number of forms and provide a number of documents (certified and/or original copies). Major Government forms include:
Form 1 Personal Information
highlight information such as current citizenship(s), residence, education, employment, martial status, family background etc.
Form 2 Fingerprints
Provide copy of your fingerprints and contact information of those who took the fingerprints for verification
Form 3 Home Affairs
Highlight general information (name, current address, martial status, parental information) required for the Grenada Office of Home Affairs
Form 4 Medical
Provide information about your general state of health and contacts/credentials of medical practitioner who did your physical
Form 5 Source of Funds
Provide information about your employment status, business location, business affiliations, annual income and the source of the funds to be invested
Form 6 Investment Choice
Highlight which investment pathway you are interested in leveraging (National Transformation Fund or Approved Real Estate Project)
